Introduction
As 2009 was morphing into the New Year of 2010, America found itself once again in a finger pointing exercise over a foiled al Qaeda airline terrorist bombing on Christmas Day. Both politicians and the media bemoaned patent failures of the intelligence community and homeland security echelons to identify and stop the perpetrator, 23-year old Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab prior to flying to this country. more>>>
